Answers to common questions about Seapa pricing, deployment, and support.
How is pricing determined?
Seapa pricing is based on your deployment scale, integration requirements, and support level. Starter projects are priced on a project basis, while Professional and Enterprise plans are annual subscriptions. We'll work with you to understand your requirements and provide a custom quote.
What's included in the platform license?
All plans include the Apache Hop platform, core connectors (ERP systems, databases, APIs, files), observability tools, and documentation. Professional and Enterprise plans include additional enterprise connectors, data governance features, and enhanced support.
What are the deployment options?
Seapa can be deployed on-premises, in private cloud (your infrastructure), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), via Docker containers, Kubernetes, or fully managed by Seapa. Deployment assistance is included with Professional and Enterprise plans.
What support is included?
Starter includes community support and documentation. Professional includes priority email support, pipeline troubleshooting, and quarterly architecture reviews. Enterprise adds 24/7 incident support, a dedicated account manager, custom SLAs, and Apache Hop coaching from know.bi experts.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can start with a Starter project and upgrade to Professional or Enterprise as your requirements grow. We'll work with you to plan the migration and ensure a smooth transition.
Do you offer managed operations?
Yes. Enterprise customers can add managed operations — Seapa runs your pipelines, monitors health, manages failures, handles releases, and provides monthly operational reports. Your team focuses on data strategy while Seapa focuses on operations.
